Common questions

Is there really a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan stays free forever — you can keep 1 active listing on Empire without paying. No trial clock, no card required. To publish more deals at the same time, upgrade to a paid tier. You can also archive your current listing and publish a different one for free; only parallel listings need a paid plan.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. All plans are month-to-month (or annual). Cancel from the customer portal at any time; you keep access through the end of your paid period.

How does the buyer blast work?

When you publish a listing, you can notify matching buyers from your verified-buyer pool by buy-box (markets, asset types, price band). Each plan has a per-listing cap on how many buyers you can reach.

Are buyers paid?

No. Buyers are free on Empire. We monetize wholesalers (subscriptions) and vendors (sponsored placement, billed separately).

What happens if I downgrade?

You keep access until the end of your billing period, then drop to the new tier. If your active listings exceed your new tier's cap, the oldest ones move to draft and you choose which to re-publish.
