Empire is a software platform that connects real-estate wholesalers, investor buyers, and service vendors. Empire is not:

Information on Empire — including deal listings, market filters, financial calculations (cash-on-cash, cap rate, ARV, repair estimates), buyer scores, and vendor reviews — is provided for informational purposes only. It is not investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any real estate or security, or an offer or solicitation of any kind. You should consult your own licensed advisers (real estate, legal, tax, financial) before acting on anything you see on Empire.
Empire does not warrant that any listed property is assignable, financeable, insurable, free of title or zoning defects, accurately described, or able to close on any timeline. Buyers must conduct their own due diligence. Sellers and wholesalers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the legality of their assignment rights under the laws of the property’s state.
Some vendor placements in the Execution Hub and on individual deal pages are paid placements. Paid placement does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by Empire of any vendor, their qualifications, pricing, or outcomes. Buyers are free to choose any provider, sponsored or not, and Empire never steers a buyer toward a specific vendor.
Federal, state, and local fair-housing laws apply to every listing, communication, and decision made on or through Empire. Posting language that excludes or targets protected classes is grounds for immediate account termination. Empire is not responsible for ensuring third-party compliance but reserves the right to remove non-compliant content.
Empire may link to third-party websites (vendor pages, capital partner sites, document templates). We have no control over the content, policies, or practices of those sites and are not responsible for them.
